For this delicious and unusual coffee, we take green coffee beans from Brazil and place them in a recently emptied Kentucky bourbon barrel for 4-6 weeks to absorb the flavor and aroma of the bourbon. After the beans are roasted, they are alcohol free but retain the rich, deep, bourbon flavor.
